G102 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the g102 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the g102 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use g102's services.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. g102 reserves the right to modify or update the terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
This platform is intended for users aged 18 years and above and above. Users below this age are strictly prohibited from registering or using any g102 services.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of g102 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. g102 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your password has been compromised, change it immediately and contact our support team.
The information you provide during registration may be used for identity verification purposes before any withdrawal is processed. g102 reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification as required.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All g102 users agree to comply with the following rules when using the platform:
- Not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or system manipulation activities.
- Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the systems or infrastructure of the g102 platform.
- Not share your account with any other individual or allow third parties to access your account.
- Not use automated software, bots, or scripts to exploit games or bonus systems.
- Not distribute offensive, misleading, or unlawful content in any communication on the platform.
- Not use another user's information or data without proper authorisation.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, or reporting to the relevant authorities at g102's sole discretion.
4. Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the g102 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). g102 supports a variety of local payment methods, including online banking via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, and other methods listed in your account panel.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by the relevant payment method. g102 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are subject to completed identity verification and compliance with the applicable wagering requirements. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are as stated in your account's payment section and are subject to change without prior notice.
G102 reserves the right to withhold or cancel withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of the terms of use. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policies & Intellectual Property

G102 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. The platform is provided "as is" and g102 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
G102 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, or suspicious activity. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to reclaim any funds that have been frozen in connection with that violation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the g102 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of g102 or its respective licensors. No content may be copied, distributed, or reused without prior written consent from g102.
Third-Party Links
The g102 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. g102 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party websites. Accessing external sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
G102 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are published constitutes the user's acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the g102 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
